Why do your clients work with you?
Why should your boss keep employing you?
Why would your best employees keep listening to you?
Are you worth it?
What the world needs is people who care and are willing to give their best. For a client, for a boss, or for an employee.
And as we all know, what matters most is not what you say but what you do.
You can tell a client you care, but are you showing it?
You can tell your boss you will try, but are you really?
You can tell your employees you’re interested, but how would they know?
It really is about giving your best. And there’s no finish line. In addition, “our best” is based on the choices we make when nobody's looking.
You can try to give your best today with a dirty car, unmade bed, sloppy clothes and bad habits.
Or you can take the bull by the horns and clean your car, make your bed, dress better and begin to form better habits.
No one will know right away, but with time, they will.
